extremely disappointed and frustrated with Hostinger’s service

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Hostinger’s service. Due to a technical glitch in their auto-renewal system, my hosting was canceled even though it was set to "On" by default. As a result, I have lost all my hosted data, and Hostinger is refusing to take responsibility.

Here are the facts:

System Failure: My auto-renewal was disabled without my consent. I never received any of the 7 renewal reminders they claim were sent.

Misleading Information: Support agents provided me with fake/incorrect IP addresses and chat transcripts to shift the blame onto me, claiming I changed the settings myself.

Terrible Communication: I have been waiting for over a month for a "Management" response that was promised in 1-3 days. Every time I follow up, I get the same scripted excuse.

Hiding Evidence: When I requested my full 1-year chat history to prove my case, the live support started ignoring me. They are intentionally hiding my communication records to cover up their mistakes.

Data Loss: They have permanently deleted my data and are hiding behind their "Terms of Service" instead of admitting a failure in their notification and billing system.

I am officially filing a complaint regarding this negligence. If you value your data and your business, stay away from Hostinger. They will fail you and then blame you for it.
